SoundLab is for 11-18 year olds who have a range of musical interests and styles including spoken word, dance, electronic, jazz, classical, and beyond.

It is open to young people who play an instrument, create beats, sing, rap or create spoken word.

At SoundLab you'll work with a team of professional musicians and visiting guest artists with performance opportunities across the year.

SoundLab BRUM currently run after-school sessions in 4 partner schools across the city; Aston Manor Academy, King Edward VI Sheldon Heath Academy, Plantsbrook Academy in Sutton Coldfield and Queensbridge School in Moseley.

At SoundLab you'll work with a team of professional musicians and visiting guest artists with performance opportunities across the year.

Once a month, all our centres join together for an evening of music-making at Symphony Hall thanks to our special partnership with B:Music.

You need to be aged 10-16 when you start and you can stay until you are 18. You can join by signing up via the button below or by following the QR code.
